Cancellation Policy
This Agreement is between the Client and [Resolution Queen LLC], a licensed Texas Private Investigation Company, License #A31223701 and individual License # 179205501 ("Investigator") regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702. 1. Scope of Consultation This session evaluates the Client’s request, determines case feasibility, and discusses legal investigative strategies. It does NOT initiate a full investigation. No field surveillance, background checks, or active database searches will occur without a fully executed Retainer Agreement. 2. Fees and Payment • Fee: Client agrees to pay a non-refundable fee of $60 for up to 60 minutes. • Payment: Due in full before or at the immediate start of the session. • Overtime: Additional time is billed at $60/hour, in 15-minute increments. 3. Confidentiality Per Texas law and professional standards, the Investigator will keep all shared information strictly confidential. Data will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, unless compelled by a subpoena, court order, or mandatory Texas state reporting laws. 4. No Guarantee The Investigator provides professional assessments based on experience. Client acknowledges that the Investigator makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the outcome of any potential investigation. Fees pay for time and expertise, not a specific result. 5. Client Rules & Lawful Purpose The Client warrants that all information provided is truthful and holds a lawful purpose. Services may not be used for harassment, stalking, or illegal acts. Client certifies they are not the subject of any active Family Violence Protective Order, Stalking Protective Order, or restraining order involving the target of interest. 6. Right to Refuse The Investigator reserves the right to decline any case or refuse service if a conflict of interest arises, if the request violates Texas law, or if it breaches agency ethics. 7. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes must be filed in the state or district courts of Harris County, Texas.
