Cancellation Policy

This Non-Disclosure, Confidentiality, and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into in the State of Texas by and between [Resolution Queen LLC] (“Company”) and (“Client”) as of the date of signing. 1. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Client acknowledges that during coaching calls, document reviews, and email correspondence, the Company will share confidential, proprietary methods, strategies, templates, and resume-building techniques (“Confidential Information”). • Non-Disclosure: Client agrees that all discussions, recordings, and materials provided by the Company shall not be shared, discussed, or distributed to any third party. • Permitted Use: Materials and information provided are solely for the purpose of the Client applying for positions. • No Commercial Use: Client agrees not to use any provided information, methods, or templates to create a competing business, for public distribution, or for any commercial purpose. • Survival: These obligations remain in effect indefinitely. 2. Services and Pricing The following services are provided by the Company. Payment is required in full before services commence. • Resume Coaching and Draft (45 minutes): $[42] • College Scholarship Recommendations (30 min): $[22] • LinkedIn Profile Optimization (15 minutes): $[20] • Professional Career Coaching (45 min): $[54] • Road to Home Ownership (30 min): $[22] • Extra Time Block (10 min): $[10] • Interview Coaching Session (30 min): $[0] • Interview Coaching Session (30 min): $[22] • All Inclusive Bundle (Max 3 hours): $[200] 3. Non-Refundable Policy All payments for resume services, coaching sessions, and packages are strictly non-refundable once the initial consultation has taken place or work has commenced. Due to the personalized, intangible nature of this service, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction or changes in client circumstances. 4. Donations Any donations or tips provided to the Company are voluntary, non-refundable, and considered final upon receipt. 5. Referral Program If a new client (“Referee”) hires the Company and identifies the existing Client (“Referrer”) as the source of the referral, the following applies: • Reward: The Referrer will receive one (1) free 30-minute Interview Consultation. • Conditions: The Referee must explicitly provide the Referrer's first and last name and contact info at the time of booking. • Validation: Subject to verification by the Company that the Referee is a new, paying client.
